Healthy Eating

Always go for whole and natural ingreadients. Instead of frying them, opt for steamed fruit as well as a serving of lean protein. Avoind high carbs food, and choose  a serving of whole grains including brown , rice and wheat bread or spaghetti. For protein, turn to tofu, eggs, fish, and beans. At snack time, choose fresh fruits and low fat dairy.

 

Exercise

Burn the fat faster by doing some exercises such as aerobic and srength training. Perform exercises that can strengthen your heart and keep your mind sharp. for example, try a moderate cardio exercise such as speed walking or cycling for half an hour a day, or intense cardio such as swimming and jogging for an hour every 2 – 3 times a week. You can work on muscle building exercises by lifting weights or doing body weight moves such as push ups and squats for 2-3 times a week. just do 3 sets and 12 repetition for every move.

 

Stress Management

Losing weight isn't all about work and diet. in fact, learning to unwind could help you shed fat more effectively. Stress leads to higher levels of the hormone cortisol, which prompts food cravings, according to the University of Maryland Medical Center. Cortisol also signals your body to pack visceral fat deep in your abdomen, further widening your waistline.
